Area students receive UNL academic honors

More than 6,800 University of Nebraska–Lincoln students have been named to the deans' ist for the fall semester of the 2023-24 academic year.

Qualification for the deans' list varies among the eight undergraduate colleges and the Explore Center.

Area residents named to the list include:

Kierra Bearinger, senior, Clearwater, College of Education and Human Sciences, elementary education and early childhood education.

Jacob Behnk, junior, Clearwater, College of Arts and Sciences, Spanish and geography.
