Neligh clerk named to board

Three new League Association of Nebraska members began three-year terms on the LARM board of directors this month. LARM is a Nebraska risk- management pool providing risk management services and insurance coverages to Nebraska cities, villages and other governmental agencies.

New board members are Jim Bulkley, mayor of Columbus; M. Layne Groseth, city administrator/utilities director of North Platte; and Dana Klabenes, clerk/treasurer of Neligh.
