The University of Nebraska at Omaha celebrated its newest alumni as over 1,100 graduates received degrees at the fall 2023 commencement ceremonies.

Degrees were conferred to graduates in two ceremonies, Friday, Dec. 15, at UNO’s Baxter Arena. UNO Chancellor Joanne Li, Ph.D., CFA presided over both ceremonies.

One area resident participated in graduation ceremonies. Nalleli Zermeno-Lechleidner, Orchard, received a Bachelor of Science Degree in business administration.
