Upper Elkhorn NRD Groundwater Irrigated Acre Transfer Period Runs Nov. 1, 2023 – March 1, 2024

The Upper Elkhorn NRD will be accepting requests for the transfer of groundwater irrigated acres from Nov. 1 through March 1. There is a $50 application fee for landowners who would like to make an appointment and review a possible

transfer. The Transfer Agreement, transfer procedures and support information can be found on the UENRD website at
