NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Holt County PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given that the Holt County Planning and Zoning Commission will meet in special session for a public hearing, Thursday, Nov. 9, 2023, at 7 p.m., at the Holt County Annex meeting room at 128 North 6th Street, O’Neill.
The purpose of the hearing is to hear public comments for the proposed addition of guidelines pertaining to the construction and operation of solar energy conversion systems, to the Holt County Planning and Zoning regulations.
A copy of the proposed resolution is available for review at the Holt County clerk’s office. This meeting is open to the public.
