The Bobcat junior varsity volleyball team moves to 8-4 with a win recently over Niobrara/Verdigre and a loss to Crofton.
Summerland swept N/V, 25-15 and 25-13.
In the Niobrara/Verdigre game, Lenora Kester and Abryelle Kester each had three kills, followed by Abbey Chipps and Beatrize Milken, with two each.
Lenora Kester, Jaycee Reynolds and Kenzie Sanne each notched an ace serve. Ending with 100% serving for the night were Ava Rittscher, Leah Wiese, Sanne and Lenora Kester.
In the Crofton game, the JV lost in straight sets, 21-25 and 16-25.
Abryelle Kester finished with four blocks and two kills, while Lenora Kester and Sarah Wiese had three kills.
Wiese also landed two ace serves and finished with 100% from the serving line.
