ORDINANCE NO. 442
VILLAGE OF EWING
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF EWING, NEBRASKA, AMENDING SEC TION 7-103 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE TO REQUIRE LANDLORDS TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR UTILITY BILLS FOR THEIR RENTAL PROPER TIES; REPEALING ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIRMAN AND VILLAGE BOARD AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 7-103 of the municipal code of the Village of Ewing be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
