ORDINANCE NO. 443 VILLAGE OF EWING

AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE BOARD OF Ewing, NEBRASKA, SETTING AND ESTABLISHING WAGES AND SALARIES FOR VILLAGE EMPLOYEES; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE BOARD OF THE VILLAGE OF Ewing, NEBRASKA:

SECTION 1. That commencing from and after Aug. 1, 2023, the wages/salaries of village employees be and hereby are established as follows:

Clerk-treasurer $17.00/hr

Police chief $25.00/hr

Maintenance supervisor $34,081.60/year

Seasonal employee $16.00/hr

Part-time employee $13.00/hour

SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict are hereby repealed.

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall go into force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
