Two O’Neill residents had multiple felony counts bound over to the Holt County district court last week by the Honorable Kale Burdick.

Bobbie I. Kleinberg, 44, faced Burdick in the Holt County courtroom in O’Neill for an arraignment hearing on five felony counts alleged July 4, in O’Neill.
