NOTICE OF MEETING

Holt County PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a meeting of the Holt County Planning and Zoning Commission will be held Thursday, Aug. 17, 2023, at 7 p.m., at the Holt County Annex meeting room, located 128 North 6th Street, O’Neill, Nebraska. The meeting will be open to the public.  A public hearing will be conducted during this meeting to hear public comment and response to a proposal adding guidelines pertaining to the construction and operation of solar energy conversion systems to the Holt County Planning and Zoning Regulations. An agenda for this meeting, kept continuously current, is available for public inspection at the Office of the County Clerk at the county courthouse, O’Neill, Nebraska. Except for items of an emergency nature, the agenda shall not be altered later than 24 hours before the scheduled commencement of the meeting.
