NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a meeting of the Holt County Planning and Zoning Commission will be held Thursday, Aug. 17, 2023, at 7 p.m., at the Holt County Annex meeting room, located 128 North 6th Street, O’Neill, Nebraska.
