Class C On/Off Sale
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 53-135.01, liquor license of this act may be automatically renewed for one year from Nov. 1, 2023, for the following retail liquor licensee, to wit:
Debb & Jerry LLC, dba The
Waterhole, 510 Main St.
Lot 10, Block 1, in the Village of Clearwater, Nebraska
Notice is hereby given that written protests to the issuance of automatic renewal of license may be filed by any resident of the Village of Clearwater on or before Aug. 10, 2023, in the office of the Village Clerk; that in the event protests are filed by three or more such persons, a hearing will be held to determine whether continuation of said license should be allowed. Upon the conclusion of any hearing required by this section, the local governing body may request a licensee to submit an application as provided in Section 53-135.
