NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF AUTOMATED DAIRY SERVICES, INC.
Notice is hereby given that Automated Dairy Services, Inc., A Nebraska Corporation, has been dissolved, effective June 22, 2023. All assets thereof have been liquidated and all known liabilities have been paid or provisions made thereof, and Daniel Schindler is authorized to distribute all the remaining assets of the corporation to its shareholders. Persons with claims against the corporation are hereby notified that the claims will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within three years after publication of this notice. Claims should include the amount of the claim, the date upon which the claim arose, the nature of the claim, and the name, address and phone number of the claimant. The claim must be sent to: 3407 W. Prospect Ave., Norfolk, Nebraska 68701.
