American Legion posts honor fallen heroes with Memorial Day services

Summerland communities will honor the men and women who gave their lives while serving the country, Monday, May 29, during Memorial Day services.
Clearwater American Legion Post 267 will gather at Clearwater Cemetery at 10:30 a.m. Pastor Daniel Feusse will give the address. Music will be provided by Curtis Bolling.
The traditional Elkhorn River Bridge ceremony will not take place this year, due to road construction on 516 Avenue.
In case of inclemet weather, the event will be held at the Clearwater American Legion.
