Up in flames • Clearwater Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department fireman Kevin Filsinger shoots water on a trailer fire at 207 Colorado Street in Clearwater, May 4. The mobile home was a complete loss.

A Clearwater mobile home is uninhabitable following a Thursday morning fire.

The mobile home, located at 207 Colorado Street, is considered a complete loss.

The property is owned by Antonio Mendez, according to Antelope County Gworks data.

She and three other individuals resided at the property.

They all were able to exit the structure without injury.

Clearwater fire chief Steve Hankla said approximately a dozen fire fighters responded to the call.

"We had two tankers, two grass rigs and one pumper on site," Hankla said.

The structure was fully engulfed when department members arrived shortly after 9 a.m.

Fire department members were on-site for approximately 90 minutes. Hankla remained at the scene until noon, working with the state fire marshal.

The cause of the blaze, according to the fire marshal, is undetermined, Hankla said.
