Trinity Mosel, 22, of O’Neill was bound over to Holt County district court on two felony charges when she appeared in front of the Honorable Kale Burdick in the Holt County courtroom in O’Neill on March 14.

Mosel faced the Honorable Kale Burdick on a Class 2A felony, possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, with intent to deliver; a Class 4 felony, possession of a controlled substance, concentrated THC; and an infraction, possession of drug paraphernalia, all alleged July 13, 2022.

Mosel waived her right to preliminary hearing and Burdick bound the felonies over to the district court, where she is scheduled for arraignment April 24. Burdick also waived jurisdiction on the infraction to the district court.

Allen J. Tilley, 32, of Lincoln faced Burdick for sentencing on a Class 2 misdemeanor count of driving during revocation, subsequent offense. Burdick fined Tilley $1,000 and ordered a six-month term of probation. His driver’s license was revoked for two years. He was ordered to pay $2 sheriff’s fee and $210 probation-related fees.

Tilley waived his right to counsel and pleaded guilty in August 2022 but failed to appear for sentencing as ordered in October. A warrant, issued for his arrest Oct. 11, 2022, was served Feb. 17.

According to an affidavit filed by the arresting officer, Tilley was observed turning into Carney Park in O’Neill after hours and turned his lights off July 3, 2022. According to the affidavit, Tilley had one previous conviction (April 2022) for driving during revocation and four previous convictions for driving during suspension.

Hali D. Kloppenborg, 22, of O’Neill pleaded guilty by waiver, to an O’Neill city violation, fail to file rabies certificate. She was fined $25 and $49 costs.
