USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service

The USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service will be holding a local working group meeting at the Upper Elkhorn NRD, 301 North Harrison St. O’Neill, NE, on March 23, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., to discuss natural resource conservation program priorities.
