Clearwater man accused in two sexual assault cases

A second felony sexual assault complaint has been filed by deputy Antelope County attorney Joe Smith against a Clearwater man.
Michael J. Mueller, 26, of Clearwater appeared in front of the Honorable Donna Taylor in the Neligh courtroom Wednesday, Feb. 1 for a preliminary hearing on first-degree sexual assault, a Class 2 felony alleged Christmas night. An oral motion to continue by Mueller’s attorney, Martin Klein of Neligh, was granted by Taylor.
