NOTICE OF RENEWAL
RETAIL LIQUOR LICENSECLASS D OFF SALE
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 53-135.01, liquor license of this act may be automatically renewed for one year from May 1, 2023, for the following liquor licensee, to wit:
Hi-Way Mart Inc.
303 Hwy. 275
Lots 4-8, Block 12
in the Village of Clearwater,
Nebraska
Notice is hereby given that written protests to the issuance of automatic renewal of license may be filed by any resident of the Village of Clearwater on or before Feb. 10, 2023, in the office of the Village Clerk; that in the event protests are filed by three or more such persons, a hearing will be held to determine whether continuation of said license should be allowed.
