ORDINANCE NO. 2022-18
VILLAGE OF CLEARWATER
AN ORDINANCE OF THE Village of Clearwater, Antelope County, NEBRASKA, SETTING WAGES AND SALARIES FOR OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE VILLAGE FOR THE YEAR COMMENCING JANUARY 1, 2023, AND CONTINUING TO AND THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2023; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIRMAN AND VILLAGE BOARD OF THE Village of Clearwater, NEBRASKA:
SECTION 1. That there be and hereby are established wages and salaries for the officials and employees of the Village for the year 2023, as follows:
Chairman/Trustees
$900.00 per year
Village Clerk/Treasurer
$20.00 per hour
Assistant Clerk $9.00 per hour
Librarian $11.00 per hour
Asst. Librarian $10.00 per hour
High School Library Help $9.00 per hour
Maintenance Operator $23.00 per hour
Part-Time/Summer Employees $12.00 per hour
Returning Summer Employees $13.00 per hour
Cleaning Person $20.00 per hour
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall go into force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
