VILLAGE OF EWING

AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF EWING, NEBRASKA, IMPOSING AN ADDITIONAL 1% SALES TAX ON ALL TAXABLE SALES WITHIN THE VILLAGE; PROVIDING A DATE WHEN SUCH TAX IS TO BE IMPOSED; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND REPEALING ALL CONFLICTING ORDINANCES.

Be it ordained by the village board of the village of Ewing, Nebraska, as follows:
