Warrant issued for man charged with refusal to sign ticket

Presiding from the bench of the Holt County courtroom in O’Neill, the Honorable Kale Burdick, on Oct. 11 issued a warrant for the arrest of Remus Hulea, 25, of Rancho Cordova, California.
Hulea was cited by a Nebraska State Patrol trooper Sept. 11 for having no operator’s license, a Class 3 misdemeanor, and was subsequently arrested for refusing to sign the citation. Bond posted Sept. 12, in the amount of $3,000, 10% cash, was forfeited and a new bond was set in the amount of $10,000, 10%.
Mikki J. Limburg, 18, of Inman pleaded guilty, by waiver, to an infraction count of possession of tobacco, first offense. Limburg was fined $35 and $49 costs. She was cited by an O’Neill officer Sept. 29, in the O’Neill Public High School parking lot.
