Trev M. Reiman, 21, of Butte faced the Honorable Kale Burdick on July 19 for arraignment on three counts committed June 19, in O’Neill. He waived his right to counsel and pleaded guilty to no valid registration and display of fictitious plates, Class 3 misdemeanors, and no proof of financial responsibility, a Class 2 misdemeanor. Burdick fined him $25, $50 and $200 respectively, and assessed $50 costs of prosecution.

Ross Martinez Jr., 36, of Chambers faced Burdick for further arraignment on a Class 3 misdemeanor, driving under suspension. He pleaded guilty to the offense committed March 31 on Highway 281, south of O’Neill. Burdick fined Martinez $100 and assessed $50 costs. Martinez was represented by Holt County public defender Rodney Smith.

Khobe Sommersted-Simmons of O’Neill appeared for arraignment on a charge of driving under suspension. Sommersted-Simmons waived his right to counsel and pleaded guilty to the offense committed June 11, in O’Neill. He was fined $100 and taxed $50 costs.

Austin C. Phillips, 25, of Pleasanton pleaded guilty, by waiver, and was fined $50 and taxed $49 costs for possession of an open alcohol container. He was cited July 17 in O’Neill.

Alan B. Holz, 59, of O’Neill pleaded guilty, by waiver, and was fined for O’Neill ordinance violations committed July 1 - $50 for first-offense dangerous dog, restrained; $25 for failure to file rabies’ certificate and $20 for dog running at large, $49 costs.
