Greg Appleby, 7-12 principal at Summerland Public School, receives the Region 3 Outstanding Principal of the Year award.
Summerland 7-12 Principal Greg Appleby was recognized, May 23, as Outstanding Principal of the Year for Region 3 of the Nebraska State Association of Secondary School Principals.
Fifty school districts comprise the region, with five regions through the state. As the Region 3 award winner, Appleby will be eligible to earn the state award that will be announced in December 2022. A committee will select the the state award recipient.
