Grace Ahlers, of Clearwater, presents a speech during the Nebraska Extension-Antelope County 4-H speaking contest, Thursday. She received reserve champin in junior speech. Olivia Mortensen, of Neligh, received a purple and was named champion in junior speech. Intermediate speech champion honors went to Lilly Mortensen, of Neligh. Jorden Cox, of Page, earned reserve champion. In public service announcement competition, Addy Jacob, of Neligh, was crowned champion and Cox, reserve champion. Lilly Mortensen will advance to the state speaking contest. Jacob and Cox will record their PSAs and advance.
