VILLAGE OF Ewing BOARD OF TRUSTEES

April 11, 2022

The Ewing Village Board of Trustees convened in regular session on April 11, 2022, at 7 p.m., at the city hall. Notice of the meeting was published April 6, 2022, in the Summerland Advocate-Messenger. An agenda was kept current and on file at the Village Clerk’s Office.

Chairman James Ramold called the meeting to order at 7 p.m. Notice was given to the posted location of the open meetings law.

Board members present were Kane Fry, Dustin Jorgensen, Dustin Wright, Bill Graber, and James Ramold. Also present were Randall Tuttle, Jim and Deb Schilousky, Judy Petersen, from Central NE Economic Development District, LuAnn Schindler from Summerland Advocate-Messenger, Alan Potter, and Sharon Swails.

Items approved:

Minutes of the March 14, 2022, regular meeting;

March bills as presented: Nebraska Dept of Revenue, sales tax, 422.60; FTPS (employer share), Soc Sec/Med.434.14; NE Dept. Commit $100,000.00 in matching funds to the housing rental project, from our KENO funds;

McCormick Tree Trimming quote for $5,400.00 to remove five trees at the park and $1,800.00 to remove 2 trees at the cemetery;

Purchase the computer program for the cemetery;

Audit by Dana F. Cole & Co., O’Neill for year end 9-30-2021.

Meeting adjourned at 8:15 p.m. Complete set of minutes on file at the village office.
