Christopher Robinett, 19, and Trinity Graham, 18, both of Neligh, and Harley Snyder, 19, of Oakdale appeared in the Antelope County courtroom April 6 on allegations related to March 21 break-ins at two Neligh Main Street businesses.

Each is charged with two Class 2A felony counts of burglary and a Class 4 felony theft charge. The Honorable Donna Taylor set preliminary hearings for April 20.

Robinett, appearing beside Antelope County public defender Melissa Figueroa, requested bond reduction. Taylor reduced his $50,000, 10% cash, bond to $25,000, 10%. He was remanded to the custody of Antelope County sheriff Robert Moore, pending posting bond.

Snyder appeared without his court-appointed lawyer, Fredrick Bartell of Norfolk. Bartell appeared later in the day to request bond review. Taylor reduced Snyder’s bond to $25,000 10%. Snyder was remanded to Moore’s custody, pending posting of bond.

Graham requested court-appointed counsel. Taylor appointed Brad Montag of Norfolk and set a $25,000 personal recognizance bond.

Terms of bond for all three suspects include curfews and no contact with any of their co-defendants.

A fourth co-defendant, a juvenile who was ordered detained at Northeast Nebraska Juvenile Services in Madison by the Honorable Michael Long on March 28, also faced Taylor on Wednesday, for a detainment hearing, with court-appointed attorney Martin Klein of Neligh. The judge ordered the youth released to the custody of his parents, with terms including GPS monitoring; to be in one of the parent’s homes, with the parent present, at all times; not to be in a room with closed doors (parents are ordered to contact probation and law enforcement officials if he is behind a closed door and he will be returned to detention); be under direct supervision of his employer when at work; and have no contact with co-defendants.

The four teenagers were implicated in alleged break-ins at the Fit Stop and the Neligh Vape Shop during the early morning hours of March 21. Neligh police were called to the Fit Stop at 6 a.m. March 21, where the back door was found open and a television missing, according to a probable-cause affidavit filed by Neligh officer Logan Lawson. The front door of the Neligh Vape Shop was also broken, and an ice chipper found nearby. Product valued at $4,611 was allegedly taken from the shop.
