Cheatum, Ahlers earn gold at Wayne State Invite

Hadley Cheatum earned two gold medals and Bailey Ahlers started her high school track career with a first-place finish in high jump, Saturday, at the Wayne State Track Invite.

Cheatum ran 1:03.34 to win the gold in the 400m and cleared the 300m hurdles in 51.09 to secure first place.

Ahlers cleared 4' 9" in high jump to earn gold. She leaped 28' 1" for a seventh-place finish in triple jump.
