Ewing, Page departments respond to mutual aid request

Home destroyed • A Sunday fire, at the home of Jason and Jill Stamp, of Inman, results in the loss of their home. Due to high winds, embers caused grass to catch fire nearby, but the blaze was contained.
A Sunday afternoon blaze, in Inman, resulted in the loss of the Jason and Jill Stamp home.
O'Neill Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department responded to a 911 call, received at approximately 11:30 a.m., reporting a fire at a structure along U.S. Highway 275, in Inman.
Upon arrival, firefighters found the house completely engulfed in flames.
The Stamps were not home when the fire started.
A mutual-aid request was sent to Ewing and Page volunteer fire departments. All three departments on scene helped set up a tanker shuttle to provide a water supply.
