Bobcats skate past Boyd County

The weather outside may have been frightful, but the Bobcat victory against Boyd County was delightful, as the Lady Cats advance to 3-1 on the season following the 54-15 win.

The teams played Saturday in Spencer.

Adyson Mlnarik led the Bobcats with 23 points. Harper Klabenes pulled down four rebounds and added half a dozen points.

Coach Greg Appleby said he was pleased with his team’s performance in Saturday’s win, as well as Tuesday’s victory over Riverside.

“We were also better in half-court offensive execution in both games and we will need that as we have some tough competition coming up....
