Bobcats win one, lose one at triangular

Contact - Lydia Robertson digs the volleyball out of the net. Summerland finished 1-1 at the Boyd County triangular, played Sept. 14, in Spencer.

Summerland sits at 5-10 on the season after going 1-1 in matches at the Sept. 14 Boyd County triangular.

The Lady Bobcats avenged a Sept. 11 loss to Creighton in the first match, downing the Bulldogs, 25-8 and 25-23.

Hadley Cheatum returned to Summerland's lineup, adding eight kills in the match.

Emily Nordby contributed five kills.

Lydia Robertson led the defense, scraping up 14 digs. Her sister, Preslie, added 13 digs and Harper Klabenes ended with 11.

Against Boyd County, Cheatum laid down the boom, tallying 13 kills and one solo block.

Ady Mlnarik finished with 18 digs.
