NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLANNING COMMISSION VILLAGE OF CLEARWATER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing of the Planning Commission of the Village of Clearwater will be held Monday, August 30, 2021, at 6 p.m., at the fire hall meeting room and will be open to the public. The purpose of the hearing is to review a request for changing a tract of land belonging to Steve and Kathleen Ahlers and located in the NW ¼ of Section 6, T25N, R7W of the 6th P.M., Antelope County, Nebraska, from agricultural to residential zoning. The recommendation will then be presented to the village Board of Trustees Monday, September 13, 2021. An agenda for the hearing is kept continuously current and available for public inspection at the office of the village clerk.

Except for items of an emergency nature, the agenda shall not be enlarged later than 24 hours before the scheduled commencement of the meeting.
