VILLAGE OF Clearwater ORDINANCE NO. 2021-2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE Village of Clearwater, Antelope County, NEBRASKA,

SETTING WAGE FOR KATHLEEN AHLERS, MAINTENANCE FOR THE VILLAGE, BEGINNING JULY 13, 2021; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN

CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIRMAN AND VILLAGE BOARD OF THE Village of Clearwater, NEBRASKA:

SECTION 1. That there be and hereby is an established wage for Kathleen Ahlers, maintenance for the village, as follows:

Maintenance, Kathleen Ahlers $21.00 per hour

SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict are hereby repealed.

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall go into force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
