Antelope County Commissioners approved a bid of $63,105, from Guaranteed Roofing and Sheet Metal, of Norfolk, to replace roofing on the courthouse annex.

Two bids were opened during the July 13 meeting in Neligh. Guaranteed Roofing and Sheet Metal submitted the lowest bid.

Due to material availability, work on the project will not be scheduled until spring 2022. Temporary measures will be taken to reduce roof leaks in the assessor's office until then.
