Stuart man receives six 30-day jail sentences

Kozisek sentenced Ohde to 30 days in the Holt County Jail on each of six counts, two counts of third-degree assault, resisting arrest, obstructing a peace officer, all Class 1 misdemeanors, disturbing the peace and criminal mischief, both Class 3 misdemeanors.
The sentences were ordered to be served consecutive to each other and he was given credit for 134 days previously served. He was also ordered to pay $257.63 restitution to Bailey Enderly and assessed $147 costs of prosecution.
Provided Ohde loses none of his good time, he was required to serve 138 days, less the 134 days, before attaining mandatory release.
Ohde pleaded guilty May 24, pursuant to a plea agreement with Holt County attorney Brent Kelly. Kelly filed an amended complaint, reducing two counts from felonies to Class 1 misdemeanors and Ohde agreed to restitution.
Ohde was arrested Feb. 14 after Holt County officers and a Nebraska State Patrol trooper responded to a call from his father, reporting he had been assaulted at their Stuart residence.
