Mike Sanne, Clearwater site principal, told Summerland School Board of Education members the June 13 sale "went great."

During the board's June 15 meeting, Sanne said, "Our total sales of everything that was inside the building was over $69,000. After we paid the commission expenses and advertising, they wrote us a check for just a little bit higher than what we sold the building for."

The final check totaled $58,058.82 and does not include the sale of three tracts of land.

A check for $58,000 was to be received by the district, June 16, at the finalization of the building sale.
