Perpetual existence commenced on March 18, 2021, when the Certificate of Organization was filed with the Nebraska Secretary of State. Affairs are to be conducted by the manager(s) of the company as set forth in the operating agreement.

An Amended Certificate of Organization of DRF Organic, LLC was filed with the Nebraska Secretary of State on March 26, 2021, to change the name of the Limited Liability Company from DRF Organic, LLC to DRS Organic, LLC.
