Funeral services for Arlene E. Mather, 93 of Norfolk, formerly of Clearwater, will be Tuesday, Feb. 9, at 11 a.m., at Concordia Lutheran Church in Clearwater, with Pastor Daniel Feusse, officiating. Visitation will be Monday, February 8, 2021 from 5 to 7 p.m., at Snider Memorial Funeral Home in Clearwater. Inurnment will be held at a later date.
