Lady Bobcats drop road game to solid Humphrey St. Francis team

The Lady Bobcats were unable to get a win against a talented Humphrey St. Francis team last Thursday, Dec. 17. The Flyers won 61-24.

The Lady Bobcats were led offensively by Brenna Wagner, who topped all Summerland scorers with 10 points.

From the tipoff, Humphrey St. Francis was able to jump out to a big lead early and held on to it the entire game, with stout defense and sufficient offense.

Coach Greg Appleby said, "Their defensive pressure was the key to the game ... we couldn't really get into our half-court offense and execute the way we wanted to."
