Bobcats finish third in youth league

Summerland's youth football team ended its season, Sunday, with an 8-6 victory over Laurel. The teams played in Ewing. Summerland held Laurel early in the first quarter before driving down field for a touchdown and successful PAT. Laurel responded with a touchdown, missing the extra point. The second half was a defensive battle.
