On May 9, Dr. Jessica McManigal, daughter of Jim and Jacque Pelley, formerly of Neligh, received a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine.

McManigal will join Animal Clinic Suburban in Omaha, where she and her husband, Brett McManigal, formerly of Verdigre, reside.

McManigal graduated from Neligh-Oakdale Public Schools in 2005 and received a veterinary technician degree from Northeast Community College. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln.
