The City of Neligh economic development director recently announced the hiring of a new assistant director of economic development.

Brianna Brugman will begin working in Neligh, June 1. Brugman is a native of Albion and anxious to return to northeast Nebraska and make her home in Neligh.

As assistant director of economic development, Brugman will also serve as director for the Neligh Chamber of Commerce and assist with Clearwater economic development.
