Lindsey A. Rokahr, 37, of Ewing faced the Honorable Kale Burdick on March 17 in the Holt County court for arraignment on three counts: Count I, possession of marijuana, less than one ounce, second offense, a Class 4 misdemeanor; Count II, possession of drug paraphernalia, an infraction; and Count III, no valid registration, a Class 3 misdemeanor. She pleaded guilty to counts II and III and Count I was dismissed, without prejudice, by Holt County attorney Brent Kelly. Rokahr was fined $100 on Count II, $25 on Count III and taxed $50 costs of prosecution for the Feb. 2 offenses.

Erin L. Swartz, 21, of O’Neill faced Burdick for arraignment on two counts, no proof of financial responsibility, a Class 2 misdemeanor, and an infraction speeding count committed Feb. 17. Kelly dismissed Count I, without prejudice, and Schwartz pleaded guilty to the speeding count. She was fined $75 and assessed costs of $49.

Justin R. Hansen, 35, of Neligh pleaded guilty by waiver to Class 2 misdemeanor count of obtaining small game/paddle fish/deer/fur falsely, on private property north of Emmet on Nov. 17, 2019. He was fined $150, assessed $2,000 liquidated damages and costs of $49.

Trevor A. Klabenes, 20, of Chambers pleaded guilty by waiver to a count of possession/harvest of fur without a permit, a Class 2 misdemeanor committed Jan. 2 near Chambers. He was fined $150 and assessed costs of $49.

A 16-year-old O’Neill youth pleaded guilty by waiver and was fined $35 and costs of $49 for possession of tobacco, first offense, an infraction committed Feb. 17 at O’Neill High School.
