Boyd County's Lady Spartans had an upset in mind when visiting Ewing and the Summerland Bobcats, Oct. 1, but the hometown crew responded with a two-set win, 25-20 and 25-13.
Sidney Stallbaum sent 7 kills to the floor and Ashley Koenig secured 13 digs.
In the nightcap, Tiana Thramer landed 8 kills. Kyra Nilson ended with 26sa, 1 solo block, 1 ace and 1 dig.
