Bobcats top competition at Plainview triangular

Five Lady Bobcat volleyball players combined for 10 aces serves against Plainview in a Sept. 5 triangular played on the Lady Pirates home court.

Summerland cruised to a 25-9, 25-15 win.

Seniors Sidney Stallbaum and Ashley Koenig sent six kills apiece to the floor. Kyra Nilson added 15 set assists and finished with one solo block.

The Bobcats picked up their fifth season win with a two-set victory over St. Mary's, 25-14, 25-12.

Stallbaum finished with 9 kills, while Koenig recorded 11 digs.
