Redding named Mosel Helping Hands Award winner

Chris Redding (left), of Elgin, received the Jolene Mosel Helping Hand Award for 2019. The presentation was made during the annual awards show and fashion revue, Sunday, at the conclusion of the Antelope County Fair.
Redding serves as a 4-H superintendent. Presenting the award were members of the Mosel and Wortman families.
