Minor in Possession Sentences Nine sentences involved Class 3 misdemeanor minor in possession charges, seven of them stemming from the recent Clearwater rodeo. Carstens, 21, of Oakdale pleaded not guilty to a Class 2 felony count, intentional child abuse resulting in serious bodily harm, last Wednesday, July 31, in Antelope County District Court in Neligh. The Honorable James Kube accepted the plea, setting a pretrial hearing for 9 a.m. Aug. 28. Trial is set Oct. 15.
