Father John Norman makes an Italian white sauce during Taste of Italy. The annual event will be held Feb. 4 at St. Dominic's Hall in Ewing. Norman, along with a group of the Christian Mothers organization, serve two Italian entrées, salad, breadsticks and dessert.
