Summerland seventh- through 12-grade students visit Clearwater, Dec. 21, to sing Christmas songs and present visitors with cookies. Instructors Carrie Kucera and Kendra Shrader applied for an Elkhorn Rural Public Power District grant, using funds to bake and frost more than 800 sugar cookies. Junior and senior high school Bobcat dens met with their elementary school counterparts to decorate the goodies.
