Approximately 100 people attended a public hearing, regarding a proposed moratorium on industrial pipeline, wind and solar development in Holt County, on March 16. Supervisors voted to deny the moratorium. The county planning and zoning commission will continue to work with Marvin and Associates to update the comprehensive plan and zoning regulations.
