Sold • Summerland Public School approved a purchase agreement for the Clearwater site with Educational Service Unit 8 during Monday's Summerland board meeting, in Ewing. In addition to the school site, ESU will take ownership of a .191 acre tract of land behind the building, which includes a garage.
